Welcome to Ajanta Packers & Movers. By accessing our website or booking our logistics and relocation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1️⃣ Booking and Quotations
- All moving estimates and quotes provided over the phone or website are approximate. The
- final cost will be determined after a physical or virtual pre-move survey.
- Quotes are valid for a specific period (usually 15 days) and are subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations or changes in your moving inventory.
2️⃣ Customer Responsibilities
- Valuables: Customers are strictly advised to carry cash, jewelry, important personal documents, laptops, and other high-value personal items themselves. Ajanta Packers & Movers will not be held liable for the loss of such items.
- Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, corrosive liquids, or illegal substances.
- Vehicle Transport: For car and bike transportation, the fuel tank must be emptied to a minimal level for safety reasons.
3️⃣ Transit Insurance and Liability
- We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive transit insurance for all domestic and long-distance moves.
- In the event of damage to insured goods during transit, our liability is strictly limited to the terms and coverage provided by the insurance policy. Claims must be filed within the timeframe specified in the insurance document.
- Ajanta Packers & Movers shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or bad weather.
4️⃣ Payment Terms
- A specific advance payment is required to confirm your booking and dispatch the vehicle.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final unloading of goods at the destination, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5️⃣ Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled moving date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for advance payments (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6️⃣ Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jharsuguda, Odisha.
